MSRB Releases Rulemaking Topics for January Board of Directors Meeting

The MSRB released the rulemaking items for the Board of Directors Meeting on January 29-31, 2014. The meeting will discuss the following rulemaking topics:

  • best execution practices;
  • municipal advisor supervision;
  • municipal advisor professional qualifications; and
  • fees.
