ISDA comments on Draft Amendments to Implementation of EU Collateral Directive in Romania

ISDA has published a comment letter in connection with the draft amendment to the Government Ordinance no. 9/2004 regarding financial collateral arrangements to transpose into Romanian law the Directive 2009/44/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 6 May 2009 Amending the Settlement Finality and Financial Collateral Directives (2009/44/EC).
