HMRC: Draft regulations dealing with the collection and management of the Bank Levy

The Bank Levy is a new tax and the guidance provided in the HMRC manual explains how HMRC believes the draft legislation applies in relation to the collection and management of the Bank Levy. The legislation takes precedence over the guidance if there are discrepancies.
