FRB Appoints New Secretary of the Federal Open Markets Committee

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System appointed Brian F. Madigan secretary of the Federal Open Market Committee ("FOMC") and deputy director of the Board's Division of Monetary Affairs.

Mr. Madigan will replace Thomas Laubach.
