FINRA Proposes to Update Cross-References and Make Non-Substantive Technical Changes to Certain Rules

FINRA filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to update cross-references and make other non-substantive changes to FINRA rules, primarily as a result of new consolidated FINRA rules.
