FERC Requests Comment on Technical Workshops

On September 8, October 28, and December 9, 2014, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") staff conducted a series of technical workshops to evaluate issues regarding price formation in the energy and ancillary services markets operated by Regional Transmission Organizations ("RTOs") and Independent System Operators ("ISOs") ("RTOs/ISOs").

FERC issued a notice soliciting comments from interested persons regarding issues raised in the technical workshops or the questions listed in the notice.

Comments must be filed by 5:00 pm (EST) on February 19, 2015.
