AIMA Updates Due Diligence Questionnaire for Investors in Hedge Funds

The Alternative Investment Management Association ("AIMA") published an updated edition of its due diligence questionnaire ("DDQ") for hedge fund investment.

According to the AIMA, the DDQ is used by prospective investors when assessing hedge fund managers, and is considered to be the industry-standard template. Additionally, the DDQ helps managers respond efficiently to requests for information from multiple investors.
