SEC Names New Chief Operating Officer for Enforcement Division

The SEC announced that Victor J. Valdez has been named Chief Operating Officer and Managing Executive of the SEC Enforcement Division. In his new role, Mr. Valdez will oversee project management, information technology, human capital strategy and risk management, among other functions.
