Open Meeting on Three Final Rule Proposals under the Dodd-Frank Act

The CFTC will hold a public meeting on August 4, 2011 to consider three final rules under the Dodd-Frank Act. The CFTC will consider final rules on the following topics:

• Agricultural Swaps;
• Swap Data Repositories: Registration Standards, Duties and Core Principles; and
• Implementing the Whistleblower Provisions of Section 23 of the Commodity Exchange Act
