CFTC to Hold First SmartCheck Week
The CFTC announced that it will hold its first SmartCheckSM Week from April 6 to April 12, 2015. During this period, CFTC staff will endeavor to enable and encourage investors to check the backgrounds of financial professionals before investing money.
