CFTC Requests Comments on Application by ASX Clear for Exemption from Registration as DCO

The CFTC announced that it is seeking public comment on a petition submitted by ASX Clear (Futures) Pty Limited, an Australian entity ("ASX Clear"), for exemption from registration as a derivatives clearing organization.

Comments should be submitted no later than June 17, 2015.
