CFPB Final Rule: State Official Notification Rule

The Dodd-Frank Act requires the CFPB to prescribe rules establishing procedures that govern the process by which State Officials notify the CFPB of actions undertaken pursuant to the authority granted to the States to enforce the Dodd-Frank Act or regulations prescribed thereunder. This final State Official Notification Rule (Final Rule) sets forth the procedures to govern this process.
