CFPB Final Rule: Rules of Practice for Adjudication Proceedings

The Dodd-Frank Act requires the CFPB to prescribe rules establishing procedures for the conduct of adjudication proceedings. On July 28, 2011, the CFPB published an interim final rule establishing these procedures with a request for comment. This final rule responds to the comments received by the CFPB and amends the CFPB's regulations accordingly.
