The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) published a revised draft proposal to limit dealers from consenting to any amendment to bond authorizing documents for municipal securities except in limited circumstances. The revised proposal seeks public comment on certain amendments to a July 5, 2012 draft proposal, and further refines the original proposal issued in February 2012. The MSRB announced the availability of MyEMMA, a free tool that provides customized access to municipal securities information available on the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA®) website. "MyEMMA will provide market participants with greater control over their user experience with EMMA and facilitate access to EMMA’s search and alerts features"; said MSRB Executive Director Lynnette Kelly.
