The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency issued a request for comment on their proposed revisions to the "Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Community Reinvestment." The revisions address questions raised by bankers, community organizations and others regarding the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. The SEC announced that Victor J. Valdez has been named Chief Operating Officer and Managing Executive of the SEC Enforcement Division.
