Agencies Request Comment on Proposed Questions and Answers Regarding Community Reinvestment

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currencyissued a request for comment on their proposed revisions to the "Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Community Reinvestment." The revisions address questions raised by bankers, community organizations and others regarding the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.

Comments will be due 60 days after the publication of the proposed revisions in the Federal Register, which is expected shortly.
