The CFTC granted orders of registration to two foreign boards of trade allowing them to provide identified members, or other participants located in the U.S., with direct access to electronic order entry and trade matching systems.

Under a new CFTC proposal, Federal Reserve Banks would be allowed to hold money, securities and property deposited by systemically important derivatives clearing organizations in customer accounts. The CFTC's request for comments on the proposal was published in the Federal Register.

The SEC adopted an interim final amendment requiring companies filing their Form 10-K to provide the summaries of business and financial information that are contained in their annual reports to security holders. The interim final amendment implements the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act.
