The CFTC extended the comment period for proposed amendments to regulations applicable to commodity pool operators' required Annual Reports. Comments on the proposed amendments now must be submitted by September 20, 2016.

The SEC adopted amendments implementing a statutory requirement for security-based swap data repositories to make data available to certain regulators and other authorities. The final amendments will become effective on November 1, 2016.
