Federal Register: Expiration of Temporary Rule on Timing for the CAT NMS Plan
The SEC announced that Securities Exchange Act temporary Rule 608T expired on November 16, 2016. The temporary rule governed the timeframe for action on the proposed National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail (the "CAT NMS Plan"). The SEC approved the CAT NMS Plan prior to the expiration date.
