SEC Names New Deputy Director of Division of Investment Management

The SEC named Sarah ten Siethoff as the new Deputy Director of the Division of Investment Management.

Ms. ten Siethoff will continue to serve as the Associate Director of the Division's Rulemaking Office, a position she has held since 2018. She previously served as Acting Director of the Division of Investment Management from January 2021 to December 2021 and in a variety of roles in the SEC Rulemaking Office, including as Deputy Associate Director and Assistant Director.

William Birdthistle, Director of the Division of Investment Management, also appointed Kaitlin Bottock and Thoreau Bartmann to serve as Co-Chief Counsels of the Division.
