SEC Issues Charges with FCPA Violations

The SEC charged Eli Lilly and Company with violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") for improper payments its subsidiaries made to foreign government officials to win business in Russia, Brazil, China and Poland.
