SEC Names New Associate Director for Division of Economic and Risk Analysis
The SEC named Dr. Narahari Phatak, Associate Director for Policy in the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis. Dr. Phatak will direct the development of economic analyses to support SEC rulemaking and policy development activities. In addition, Dr. Phatek will oversee the Division's four offices of Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Intermediaries, and Markets.
