NFA Updates CPO Quarterly Reporting Form

NFA updated its Form PQR to conform to recent CFTC amendments (see previous coverage) to Form CPO-PQR.

NFA stated that its updates to Form PQR include (i) the addition of new questions to capture legal entity identifiers and (ii) the removal of certain schedules and questions regarding reporting thresholds.

The updated template will be available online on December 21, 2020 and must be submitted by March 31, 2021 for the December 31, 2020 reporting period (notwithstanding the fact that the CFTC is not requiring a December 31, 2021 Form CPO-PQR filing).
