Effective Date of SEC Amendments to Facilitate Electronic Filings Set for December 4

An SEC final rule to enable the use of electronic signatures in documents requiring signature authentication was published in the Federal Register. The SEC amended the filing provisions under Regulation S-T, the EDGAR Filer Manual, and related rules and forms. The amendments go into effect on December 4, 2020.
