CFTC Issues Two Notices of Covered Action

The CFTC issued notices indicating that individuals may submit whistleblower award claims for actions against (i) WorldPMX Inc. and Sean F. McCabe, and (ii) Peak Capital Group Inc., Peak Capital Management Group, Inc. and Scott A. Beatty.

The whistleblower notices apply to CFTC enforcement actions resulting in monetary sanctions exceeding $1 million, where the judgment or order is issued after July 21, 2010. Individuals who voluntarily provide the CFTC with original information after July 21, 2010 that leads to the successful enforcement of a Covered Action are eligible to claim a whistleblower award.

Award claims for both notices must be received by March 2, 2015.
