NFA Names OTC Derivatives Vice President

NFA named Michael Otten as Vice President, OTC Derivatives.

Previously, Mr. Otten was the Executive Director of Global Markets Legal for Nomura Americas. Mr. Otten also served as legal counsel for CFTC Chairpersons Walt Lukken, Reuben Jeffery and Gary Gensler, as well as for CFTC Commissioner Jill Sommers.

NFA also promoted Nancy Bohanon to Vice President, Human Resources.
