SEC Names New Associate General Counsel for Legal Policy

The SEC named Marie-Louise Huth as the Office of the General Counsel's Associate General Counsel for Legal Policy. Ms. Huth previously served as Chief Counsel of the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, where she advised the Chief Economist and the Division's staff on the incorporation of economic analysis into regulatory actions.
