OCC Publishes Revised "Public Notice and Comments" Booklet

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") published a revised "Public Notice and Comments" booklet of the Comptroller's Licensing Manual. The revised booklet reflects OCC updates to its policy regarding review of public comments on licensing filings.

Specifically, the booklet states that the OCC will consider all public comments it receives before the close of a comment period, but not after the expiration of the comment period unless an extension has been granted in accordance with revised Rule 5.10(b)(2). The booklet also provided updates on when an extension could be granted.
