Academic Institutions Can Start Purchasing RTRS Transaction Data on February 27, 2017
The new MSRB data product to provide institutions of higher education with post-trade municipal securities transaction data collected through the Real-Time Transaction Reporting System ("RTRS") will be made available for purchase effective February 27, 2017. As of that date, academic institutions will be able to request one-year data sets on a rolling basis for a fee of $500 per one-year data set, with a one-time initial set-up fee of $500, as specified in the MSRB's RTRS Facility.
