SEC Revises Procedures for Document Submission to EDGAR

The SEC revised the procedures for submitting documents to the EDGAR system, rescinding certain submission forms and adding new exhibits.

The EDGAR system was upgraded on September 21, 2020, and the final rule went into effect on November 3, 2020.
