OFAC Issues General License on Authorized Transactions with Iran-Related Entity
OFAC issued a general license authorizing certain activities involving an entity designated under Iran-related sanctions.
Pursuant to General License K, OFAC authorized certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down transactions involving Cosco Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co., Ltd until December 20, 2019.
