OFAC Extends Expiration Date of Venezuela General License
OFAC amended a general license authorizing certain transactions and activities involving Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. ("PdVSA").
With General License 8D, OFAC extended the expiration date under former General License 8C authorizing activities and transactions conducted by PdVSA until January 22, 2020.
The amended general license went into effect on October 21, 2019.
