SEC Names Directors for Disclosure Review Program

The SEC named Jessica Kane and Tamara Brightwell, respectively, as Director and Deputy Director of the Division of Corporation Finance's Disclosure Review Program (the "Division").

Ms. Kane and Ms. Brightwell will lead the Division's initiatives to promote capital formation and protect investors by (i) reviewing transactional, periodic and current reports, and (ii) monitoring the effectiveness, relevancy and transparency of disclosures.

Ms. Kane previously served as Director of the Office of Credit Ratings; Ms. Brightwell, as the Deputy Chief Counsel in the Division of Corporation Finance's Office of Chief Counsel.
