Banking Agencies Update "Living Wills" of Eight Systemically Important Firms

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the FDIC (collectively, the "Agencies") released the public sections of required "targeted submissions" for eight systemically important domestic banking institutions. The submissions update the institutions' resolution plans (or "living wills") in response to issues identified by the Agencies in last year's resolution plans.

The Agencies noted that they had not yet reviewed the confidential or public sections of the resolution plans.
