Federal Register: SEC Adopts Updates to EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC adopted revisions to the updated Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and related rules. The updates primarily are intended to support the new submission form types N-MFP2 and N-MFP2/A for money market mutual funds. The final revisions were published in the Federal Register.

The final revisions are effective as of September 30, 2016.
