CFTC Rescinds International Exchange FBOT Registration

The CFTC revoked the foreign board of trade ("FBOT") registration of ICE Futures Canada, Inc. ("IFCA") due to the discontinuance of trading activities on, and the closure of, that exchange.

According to the Order of Revocation of Registration, the CFTC originally granted FBOT registration to IFCA on August 25, 2015.
