Options Clearing Corporation: Proposed Rule Change Relating to the Clearance and Settlement of Over-the-Counter Options
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) filed a proposed rule change that would allow OCC to provide central clearing of index options on the S&P 500 that are negotiated bilaterally in the over-the-counter market and submitted to OCC for clearance.
