SEC Division of Corporation Finance Associate Director to Retire

SEC Division of Corporation Finance Associate Director James M. Daly will retire at the end of September.

Mr. Daly supervised efforts to improve disclosure on (i) topics impacting financial institutions during the financial crisis, (ii) guidance concerning the risks of cybersecurity, and (iii) technical assistance to foreign governments. He has been with the agency for 38-years.
