SEC to Host Roundtable on Trade-Through Prohibitions
The SEC identified the panelists for an upcoming roundtable on trade-through prohibitions. The roundtable is scheduled for September 18, 2025.
The three-part agenda includes a panel addressing market participants’ experiences with trade-through prohibitions, a panel examining the role of a trade-through prohibition in today’s market structure, and a panel considering potential paths forward.
