NASD Incorporates Interpretive Material on Insurance-Related Securities into the FINRA Rulebook

FINRA filed a proposed rule change with the SEC that would incorporate NASD Interpretive Material 2210-2 as FINRA Rule 2211 ("Communications with the Public about Variable Life Insurance and Variable Annuities") in the consolidated FINRA rulebook. The proposal would make no substantive changes to the adopted rule.
