FTC Increases National Do Not Call Registry Fees for FY 2020

The FTC amended the Telemarketing Sales Rule to increase fees for telemarketing businesses seeking access to the National Do Not Call Registry. The fee increase - which goes into effect on October 1, 2019 - is required by the Do-Not-Call Registry Fee Extension Act of 2007.
