SEC Names Two New Regional Office Directors

The SEC appointed Monique C. Winkler as Regional Director of its San Francisco Regional Office and Nicholas P. Grippo as Regional Director of its Philadelphia Regional Office.

Ms. Winkler served as the San Francisco Office's Acting Regional Director since March 2022. She was the Associate Regional Director for Enforcement in the San Francisco Regional Office since 2019. Prior to that, she worked at the SEC Division of Enforcement as a staff attorney and as a member of the Division's Public Finance Abuse Unit.

Mr. Grippo currently serves as Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief and Attorney-in-Charge of the SEC's Trenton Branch Office.
