SEC Names Director of the Office of Credit Ratings

The SEC named Lori H. Price as Director of the Office of Credit Ratings ("OCR"). The OCR monitors the activities of registered nationally recognized statistical rating organizations and conducts examinations.

Ms. Price began serving as the Acting OCR Director in February 2022 (see previous coverage). Ms. Price joined OCR in 2020. Prior to joining the OCR, Ms. Price served in the SEC Office of the General Counsel, including as Associate General Counsel.
