FSA to Publish Detail on FCA

The Financial Services Authority has announced that it will publish a document in October providing further details on the formation of the new Financial Conduct Authority next year.

The Financial Conduct Authority is set to take over the supervision of the conduct of all firms currently regulated by the Financial Services Authority. It will also supervise firms providing market services and be responsible for overseeing market conduct in general.
