Federal Register: SEC Updates EDGAR Filing Manual

The SEC updated the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval ("EDGAR") system's Filer Manual to reflect updates to the EDGAR system that were implemented on July 17, 2017 (see previous coverage).

The changes to the Filer Manual became effective upon publication in the Federal Register on July 28, 2017.
