Investment Company Act Order: Gladstone Capital Corporation, et al. (SEC release)

The SEC granted Gladstone Capital Corporation, et al., a request for relief, under sections 17(d), 57(a)(4) and 57(i) and rule 17d-1 of the Investment Company Act, that would permit certain business development companies and registered closed-end management investment companies to co-­invest in portfolio companies with each other, and with an affiliated investment fund.
