Crypto Associations Urge House to Pass CLARITY Act

The Blockchain Association, the Crypto Council for Innovation; and the Digital Chamber urged the House of Representatives to pass H.R. 3633, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (the "CLARITY Act").

In a letter to Speaker Mike Johnson and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, the leaders called the legislation a major step toward establishing clearer rules for digital assets. They said the CLARITY Act would provide "the regulatory certainty needed for our industry to foster innovation and for blockchain technology to thrive in the U.S."

The leaders also urged all House members to vote yes on the legislation and called on the Senate to act quickly, saying it should "build on the momentum from the House and engage closely with industry stakeholders" to bring similar legislation to the Senate floor.
