Federal Register: FINRA Proposes Expansion of New Issue Reference Data for Corporate Bonds

The FINRA proposal to amend the rule on the collection and distribution of "new issues reference data" for corporate bonds and to charge-associated fees was published in the Federal Register. Comments on the proposal must be submitted by July 29, 2019.

As previously covered, the proposal to amend Rule 6760 is intended to create a new issue reference data service for corporate bonds.
