Report: On the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories

The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs of the European Parliament has published a report on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories. The report includes the following:
(i) the draft European Parliament legislative resolution on the proposal;
(ii) an opinion of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy; and
(iii) an opinion of the Committee on Legal Affairs.
