Effective Date Set for FDIC Revised Statement of Policy on Minority Depository Institutions

An FDIC revised statement of policy regarding minority depository institutions that "updates, strengthens and clarifies" existing policies was published in the Federal Register. The statement of policy (see related coverage) goes into effect on August 23, 2021.
